Worth knowing

DMCC is one of the higher-cost Dubai free zones; its package page lists cheaper partner co-working packages (e.g. Nook, AstroLabs) for specific groups. In September 2026 DMCC issued Foundations Regulations for private wealth and holding structures.

Before you choose DMCC

Check three things with the zone directly: whether your exact business activity is on its list, how many visas your office option allows, and the full year-one cost including the establishment card and visa fees. Our year-one cost guide shows what to add up.
